Creative Contest Among Journalists and Photojournalists

The Kazakhstan National Geographic Society regularly organizes a prestigious creative contest among professional journalists, bloggers, writers, and photojournalists who skillfully cover topics of ecology, geographical discoveries, science, travel, and Kazakhstan’s historical heritage.

Recognizing Excellence

The primary goal of the contest is to stimulate the development of high-quality environmental and educational journalism, drawing media attention to acute issues of nature conservation, domestic tourism development, and the preservation of the country’s cultural values.

An Objective View of the World

The best photo works and journalistic investigations recognized by KazGeo awards vividly demonstrate the beauty, diversity, and environmental issues of Kazakhstan’s regions, inspiring society toward constructive actions and new journeys.
